Creamy Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients

4 ounces linguini
3 ounces light cream cheese
3 cloves garlic -- coarsely crushed
1/4 cup milk or less
1 cup broccoli flowerets -- steamed
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed -- drained and sliced
mushrooms -- sliced

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. In a saucepan cook garlic in
olive oil, then add mushrooms. Add cream cheese and milk. Heat, stirring
with a whisk until smooth. Stir in pasta. Add broccoli and tomatoes and
toss to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
